Libya 360°
In the following RT interview with James Corbett, the ICC’s request for arrest warrants for Colonel Gaddafi and two other senior Libyan officials and the possibility of Gaddafi standing trial for war crimes is discussed.
Unfortunately, some significant facts were ommitted. I am compelled to point them out in the interests of truth and justice. Pertinent links are posted below as well as in “ARAB SPRING”.
1- The NATO invasion of Libya, including UNSC Resolution 1973, was in violation of International law. NATO crimes against Gaddafi and Libya were premeditated and as Retired General Wesley Clark admits, were planned over 10 years in advance. The United Nations has been a representative of Western imperial interests exclusively and has officially been supplanted by NATO. To understand the implications, it would be helpful to read this article outlining the relationship between NATO and the Bilderberg global governance agenda.
2- Libya has accepted peace proposals from both Latin America and the African Union. Gaddafi also agreed to verifiable ceasefires and supervised elections. He called for numerous ceasefires, all subsequently breached by the US-NATO-al qaeda backed rebels. In unprecedented violation of International law, the UN ignored Gaddafi’s attempts at mediation and appeals for UN fact finding missions in Libya.
3- In absence of any UN investigations, independent civilians travelled to Libya. They found no evidence of any crimes committed by Gaddafi. Their reports of NATO war crimes were silenced. Russian satelite images confirmed that the air strikes reported on mainstream media prior to the imposition of the no fly zone, did not in fact occur. Rebel claims of Gaddafi bombing civilians were false.
4- NATO has violated International law:
- Attacking a sovereign nation without any threat or provocation
- Bombing civilian targets including radio and telecommunications systems, civilian homes, universities, children’s schools and hospitals
- Bombing the Great Man Made River, depriving civilians of water
- Cutting electricity and bombing hospital generators and water storage tanks
- Shooting unarmed civilians
- Murdering any “insurgents” who attempt to defect (Note: Gaddafi promised amnesty to rebels who requested it)
- Destroying critical civilian infrastructure
- Employing Chemical Weapons and Depleted Uranium munitions in bombardments
- Seizing assets belonging to the Libyan people to fund the insurgents
- Taking control of the Benghazi oil fields and profiteering from the sale of Libyan oil
- Attempting to assassinate Gaddafi and his family
- Murdering Gaddafi’s son and 3 grandchildren during the strategic bombing of Gaddafi’s home
- Inciting genocide (the torture and slaughter of black Africans in Libya)
- Inciting civil war
- Imposing regime change against the will of the Libyan people

There are numerous other violations of International law, but the above examples provide sufficient grounds for a war crimes case against NATO.
Who will issue warrants against NATO and charge world leaders who conspired against Libya with war crimes, crimes against humanity, war profiteering, terrorism, employing known terrorists to insight insurrection, targeted assassinations…?
NATO crimes are visible to all and indeed they are widely publicized even in mainstream media and are not concealed by propaganda intended to incite hate and support for atrocities against Libyans.
NATO had “boots on the ground” months prior to the “Benghazi uprising” to gather intel on Gaddafi’s forces, attempt to force defections of Gaddafi loyalists via psyops and map out strategic targets.
Research I had done several weeks ago indicate US covert activity at least five years prior to the insurrection. I quote from those findings below. I am including additional information because the connections are pertinent.

- “Gaddafi’s son Khamis, had a VIP tour in the USA under the auspices of AECOM just before the violent uprising began. This tour included visits to the US Air Force Academy, a US defense contractor’s meeting with Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, Lockheed etc, and meetings with major oil companies and energy sector executives. The West Point visit was canceled on Feb. 17, when the trip was cut short and Gadhafi returned to Libya…”

According to Associated Press:
“AECOM’s Gennaro said the U.S. State Department approved of the trip, and considered Gadhafi a reformer. He said the government signed off on the itinerary, at times offering advice that affected the company’s plans for Gadhafi.”
This classified cable indicates that the State Department were fully aware of Khamis Gadhafi’s elite fighting force and his plans to expand Libya’s military capabilities. According to the US Tripoli Embassy, extensive cooperative military training initiatives had been taking place between the US and Libya and were slated to continue well into the future.
Regarding AECOM, Sourcewatch states:
“AECOM are a multi-armed engineering consultancy organization based in the US but owning smaller companies in Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the Middle East. The company states that its major areas are providing “design and management services in the transportation, facilities, and environmental markets through a family of operating companies. AECOM also offers specialized services to the operations and maintenance, mining and power, and international development assistance sectors.” [1]
AECOM has a branch dedicated to US government services AGS, which includes joint projects with the US Department of Defence. In an interesting intersection between state and private business, AECOM have been involved in assisting “regions in need of democracy, governance, humanitarian, and other support.” [2]
… “Our broad-based consulting services include assistance with public administration, municipal finance, political transition, humanitarian response, and peace building.”
One of their biggest projects is perhaps the management of the Nevada Nuclear Test Site, along with Northrop Grumman, CH2M Hill, and Nuclear Fuel Services. [3]“”
Also note AECOM’s defense department services and their “joint ventures” [KBR, AGS, RAM. SMI, MPRI, L-3COM/MPRI, Wakenhut-G4S, etc.]. Check Wakenhut’s credentials, as they are in charge of the Nevada Nuclear Test site and over half of the nuclear power facilities in the US.
According to Public Intelligence, AECOM’s Vice President of Business Development, Robert Avon, is a member of BENS (Business Executives for National Security) which interfaces with the CIA, CFR, Trilateral Commission and the Bilderberg group.
CIA, CFR, TC, Bilderberg, democratization, political transition, contracts for the DoD, management of major nuclear test facilities…what was AECOM really doing in Libya?
The CIA – al qaeda “rebellion” began long before February 17th, 2011.
I discovered this from a classified document:
In 2007 AECOM sent 50 employees and their families to Libya. The area where they were stationed was Benghazi, where the uprising began.
Coincidence?
Given AECOM’s specialties, there is no doubt that they played a significant role in destabilizing Libya. How else could the “rebels” manage to establish their own oil company and bank immediately following the imposition of the no fly zone? That would have required extensive planning and connections going back months, if not years. It is certainly an area where AECOM would have served well.
Add this information to the extensive study by Webster Tarpley of the West Point document findings to glimpse the intricate covert planning and operations in preparation for the takedown of Gaddafi and the takeover of Libya.
Michel Chossudovsky reveals more about the premeditated invasion of Libya in his article, “When War Games go Live“.
He states, “Everything was known and decided beforehand, including UNSC Resolution 1973, i.e. Prior to the Arab Protest movement; Prior to the “pro-democracy” insurrection in Libya.”
That is quite a revelation.
Back to Khamis Gadhafi’s US visit…
Also of interest from the I-Team report:
“Gadhafi and a Libyan companion sat in on a Kellogg School of Management leadership class on the Northwestern campus taught by the famous wellness doctor Deepak Chopra. It was a three day session entitled, “The Soul of Leadership.””
Why does this matter? It may not, but at least consider the following:
The Northwestern University where Khamis attended classes is funded by the W.K. Kellogg Foundation.
Among the many organizations funded by the W.K. Kellogg Foundation are the CFR, the Center for Policy Studies, and if you dig, you will find them associated with the GYAN (Global Youth Action Network), an alliance of thousands youth-oriented global NGO’s.
As is typical in finding the links within CIA front groups, this one came through a name. Marioliva González Landa who founded GYAN, is also a key player in AYM-Movements.org,, a CIA front behind the US backed color revolutions in North Africa and the Middle East. Marioliva González Landa is listed (page 21) as a “Contributer” to the youth agenda with regards to global governance.
What was the real purpose of Khamis Gadhafi’s well structured visit to the US? What was AECOM up to?
This final note is even more baffling:
In an April 3, 2011 article from the New York Times we read:
“At least two sons of Col. Muammar el-Qaddafi are proposing a resolution to the Libyan conflict that would entail pushing their father aside to make way for a transition to a constitutional democracy under the direction of his son Seif al-Islam el-Qaddafi, a diplomat and a Libyan official briefed on the plan said Sunday”.
“While Seif and Saadi have leaned toward Western-style economic and political openings, Colonel Qaddafi’s sons Khamis and Mutuassim are considered hard-liners.”
One wonders which son would be most amenable to Western style democracy? Khamis, who was considered a “reformer” by AECOM’s Paul Genarro?
Added to the obfuscation, are reports that Khamis Gaddafi was killed in a suicide attack, only later to be refuted by footage showing him alive. There is no information as to when it was filmed or what his status is at present.
It is my guess that AECOM hoped to turn Gaddafi’s son against him as part of the “regime change” strategy. Khamis would never betray his father and nation. I suspect he used the visit as a cover to gather intelligence on AECOM in preparation for what was about to occur in Libya.

The above excerpt reveals the complex web of subversion being woven by the US and its NATO allies prior to the NATO invasion of Libya.
As for war crimes in Libya, there must be more indepth, independent investigations. The United Nations and NATO (the UN, NATO and Bilderbergs are a single entity, one global crime syndicate) can hardly be trusted with such a task.
Muammar Gaddafi does not deserve punishment. He has not committed any crime.
NATO is another matter.
This organization must fall and soon, for the betterment of the entire world.
