The Tripoli court of appeals has postponed the trial of 37 Jamahiriya officials until May 3rd. It is rumored that the date of sentencing will be announced at the next hearing. Saif Gaddafi’s continued absence raises concerns as to whether he is still alive.
Neither family members of the accused nor their defense attorneys were present at this hearing.
