Dr. Baghdadi Al Mahmoudi’s Lawyer Appeals to French President Hollande, the UNHCR and the Special Rapporteur on Torture

Dr. Baghdadi al-Mahmoudi’s lawyer, Pierre-Olivier Sur,  appealed to French President Hollande, asking him to intervene so that his client does not meet the same fate as Sadam Hussein.   He is also taking his complaint to the Special Rapporteur on Torture and the United Nations Human Rights Commission (UNHCR) because  his client has been tortured.
