Besieged Bani Walid: Who’s in control?

Libyan pro-government forces say they’ve occupied the center of the opposition stronghold of Bani Walid, with only a few pockets of resistance left. Dozens have been killed in recent shelling to end the almost three-weeks-long siege, which has left the city on the brink of a humanitarian disaster. RT’s Paula Slier reports.
